Successful candidates for most hourly positions will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Salaried positions requiring managerial or engineering expertise generally will require a minimum of an A.A or B.A, B.Sc. degree or professional certification as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.

CAREER Opportunities


Accounting Management

Manage the results of a number of accounting associates in all aspects of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cost accounting, monthly and year end close.

Engineering
Experience a diversity of engineering disciplines which include such areas as product, process, test, software, in-circuit test, and electronic engineering to support successful production operations.

Production Supervision
Manage production operations including all activities of the production associates while producing a high quality product following established procedures and approved processes.

Team Leaders
Coordinate the work flow activities of other hourly associates.

Manufacturing Assemblers
Perform a variety of production tasks involving hand assembly of printed circuit boards, soldering and de-soldering, basic machine operations, basic test operations, shipping and receiving, PC repair and complex  hi-speed surface mount machine operations.

Supply Chain Management
Manage all aspects of purchasing, production planning and scheduling, inventory, shipping and receiving. Design and execute strategies and plans to meet short-term and long-term supply chain management and production control requirements.

Program Sales Manager
Manage the sales process from initial customer contact through order acquisition and ongoing customer service. Act as a liaison between the customer and Dynalab, Inc. for meeting customer requirements, resolving engineering issues, product scheduling, and timely delivery.

Quality Inspectors
Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits of product to assure company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. Works closely with all production departments to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.

Maintenance Technicians
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.
